Job Descriptions:

Honest, trustworthy, and able to communicate effectively while fostering a solid and collaborative team environment.
Capable of preparing work plans for both project and non-project activities, including cost estimation and budgeting.
Able to achieve targets and objectives set by management.
Responsible for all Civil Engineering & Infrastructure activities within the assigned area, including projects and maintenance works.
Capable of leading field teams and coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments.
Monitor and control contractor projects to ensure compliance with timelines and specifications established by management.
Responsible for maintaining road and bridge conditions to ensure safe access for all operational units.
Monitor and control building, road, and heavy equipment works, including related administrative activities.
Able to provide effective solutions to issues related to Civil Engineering & Infrastructure operations.
Capable of implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Department.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of construction material specifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (CE Infra) role within the palm oil plantation industry.
Proficient in Structural Construction Management and Design, with the ability to operate AutoCAD and SketchUp 3D.
Able to prepare and interpret technical drawings, Cost Estimates (RAB), and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for building and bridge construction projects.
Willing to be assigned to a palm oil plantation division in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
