Job Descriptions:
- Develop annual, monthly, and daily work plans as operational guidelines for implementing field activities
- Execute work plans in accordance with the set targets
- Evaluate completed work to assess performance achievements
- Ensure divisional administrative reports are consistent with actual field activities
- Implement improvements in field operations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Supervise and develop subordinates to improve productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Afdeling Assistant, Agronomy Assistant, or Division Assistant in a palm oil plantation
- Strong leadership skills, high integrity, and able to work well in a team
- Willing to be placed in operational areas in East Kalimantan
