Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery, and ensure maintenance and repair activities are completed effectively and optimally.
Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the unit operating hour schedule.
Supervise the maintenance of workshop equipment in accordance with operational standards and manuals.
Coordinate and perform unit repairs based on planned maintenance schedules and unexpected breakdowns, including the creation of Work Orders (WO).
Submit requests for materials and spare parts required for repair and maintenance activities.
Prepare and submit work completion reports in accordance with the applicable operational system.
Submit overtime work requests for holidays to the Assistant when workshop employees are required to work overtime.
Requirements:
Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Mechanic in a palm oil plantation company.
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and workshop operations.
Willing to be placed in a palm oil plantation area in East Kalimantan.
