Monitor and analyze sell-out performance across assigned areas and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.
Supervise and support field teams, including Team Leaders (TL), Merchandiser Displays (MD), and Beauty Advisors (BA), to ensure operational excellence and target achievement.
Develop and implement action plans to improve store productivity, sell-out performance, and market penetration.
Monitor Beauty Advisor and Merchandiser Display productivity and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
Ensure effective retail execution, including merchandising standards, product displays, and POSM implementation across all stores.
Plan, coordinate, and execute sales events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales conversion.
Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to evaluate performance and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, GTM, Training, and Marketing teams to maximize store performance and business results.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, field execution, and event effectiveness to management.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, store partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, FMCG, Beauty, or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
