Support marketing strategies and execution to achieve business objectives
Understand target consumers, competitors, and the market landscape to define business opportunities
Support other related business marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects
Manage projects and work closely with stakeholders across Social Media, Owned Media Channels, Creative, Digital Media, and Operations
Ensure campaigns and projects deliver impact within given timelines
Manage project deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a team
Monitor campaign performance metrics
Execute campaign optimization based on key learnings and data insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field
1 year of proven hands-on experience in Public Relations, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Operations & Optimization
Experience with Copywriting and Storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling content for high-impact channels
Data-Driven Mindset with the ability to analyze key metrics and formulate recommendations for optimization
Experience working for a large digital platform or a high-growth app with high communication volume
Familiarity with performance-driven campaigns tied to GMV, transacting users, or engagement metrics
