Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google channels and social media platforms
Work with creative team to develop creatives and assets required for campaigns
Regularly provide analysis, insights on performance and making adjustments as necessary to fulfill the set objectives
Collaborate with teams to initiate and guide on A/B tests, incrementality test, and spend scaling tests for campaigns to determine what works best
Manage digital advertising portfolios and serve as an internal consultant, working closely with stakeholders to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple social media platforms while ensuring campaign performance and objectives are achieved.
Requirements
Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing ads, with deep functional knowledge of Meta, Google, plus TikTok advertising channels.
Demonstrate direct exposure to Collaborative Ads (CPAS) or related e-commerce advertising tools.
Show proficiency in planning digital marketing budget forecasts to optimize campaign delivery and maximize returns.
Demonstrate an AI-savvy mindset, utilizing artificial intelligence tools to automate workflows and reporting processes.
Exhibit trend-consciousness with up-to-date knowledge of evolving viral trends, TikTok culture, and younger audience behavior
Possess sharp commercial awareness to understand consumer behavior and target markets.
Communicate effectively through both written and verbal English and Indonesian
