About this Role
As our new AI/Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights and building robust AI models that power our talent selection solutions.
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of APAC's fastest-growing talent selection platform. You will be at the forefront of innovation, developing and deploying AI models, building sophisticated data pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and fairness of AI-generated outputs. Key Responsibilities
- Construct recommendation engines, talent intelligence models, and other AI-powered product features.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI initiatives.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize AI and machine learning models within production environments.
- Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured datasets to derive meaningful and actionable insights.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and implement AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine model performance, data quality, and overall system reliability.
- Implement and enforce rigorous AI output validation processes, ensuring models are explainable, robust, and monitored for degradation.
- Maintain a clean and effective version history through strong Git practices and code review workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable data infrastructure.
- Experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience building recommendation engines, talent intelligence models, and AI-powered product capabilities.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Proven ability to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance, reliability, and data quality.
- Strong Git proficiency, including branching strategies, conflict resolution, code review workflows, and repository hygiene.
- Demonstrated experience with AI output validation and ensuring explainability, edge case defense, and degradation monitoring for AI models.
