Onboarding Quality Intern:
Job Description:
- Receive handover from Activation at M+1.
- Run scripted health-check interviews via WhatsApp & phone.
- Tag each account: Reached/Unreached, Happy/Neutral/Unhappy, Expansion/Retention/At-Risk.
- Log findings & assign action plans from a fixed catalogue.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales rep, Implementation, Incubation, Finance) until each action is closed.
- Maintain master tracking sheet, daily/weekly.
- Escalate per matrix when blockers arise.
Requirements:
- Prior internship in customer service, telesales, or BPO.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, CRM tools.
