Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client challenges and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales relationship management.
  • Grow and manage existing corporate accounts to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful program delivery.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience selling corporate training, education services, HR solutions, SaaS, or other service-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
