Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and key business stakeholders.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client challenges and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and customized proposals based on client needs.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales relationship management.
Grow and manage existing corporate accounts to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful program delivery.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or similar roles.
Experience selling corporate training, education services, HR solutions, SaaS, or other service-based solutions is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and achieving sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
