We are hiring for our client in the banking industry for a 6-month contract role. We are seeking a skilled Dev Ops engineer to fill the following position:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & Tune Observability Stack: Execute technical operational directives to manage, tune, and optimize the core observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Rubrik, Zabbix) and automated Telegram alerts.
- Enforce Dev-to-Prod Lifecycle: Maintain a strict deployment framework by utilizing Grafana Old for sandbox/development and Grafana New as the secure production hub.
- Dashboard Migration & Refactoring: Spearhead the migration of analytics dashboards from legacy to new infrastructure, including complex query refactoring for cross-tier compatibility.
- Automation & Toil Reduction: Design and build automated health check infrastructure and production scripts (Python/Bash) to eliminate repetitive manual overhead.
- Technical Documentation: Author, audit, and refine comprehensive technical documentation, including Operational Playbooks, SOPs, and compliance reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of engineering experience in managing, scaling, and optimizing enterprise monitoring infrastructure (preferably in banking or large-scale distributed networks).
- Technical Stack Mastery: Authoritative proficiency in configuring and maintaining Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Zabbix.
- Advanced Query Engineering: Strong capability in structuring optimized SQL and fluent expertise in platform-specific query languages (PromQL, LogQL, Lucene).
- Automation Scripting: Strong background in writing production-grade automation scripts using Python or Bash.
- Incident Management: Advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities to diagnose platform incidents and implement permanent mitigations.
- Commitment & Compliance: Willingness to work fully on-site in Jakarta, participate in on-call rotations (weekends/holidays), and strictly comply with enterprise security guidelines (workstation hardening, DLP, and antivirus).
