Create A Marketing Playbook and SOP for Branding, ATL & BTL, Merchant Relationship, and related marketing channels
Lead, Coordinate, and monitor all area marketing to implement marketing playbook and SOP
Ensuring that the store's visual identity (logo, colors, layout) and customer experience align with the overall brand guidelines
Develop localized in-store POP merchandising,warehouse management, event organizing and oversee the implementation of overall marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in-store.
Standardize store staff on brand guidelines, customer service protocols, and product knowledge to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Cascade national campaign and ensure all displays and communications are aligned
Managing and optimizing the budget for overall marketing activities in region scope to maximize strategic resource allocation.
Organize a monitoring dashboard for all the stock Material POP All Area, and make sure the data is updated so the replenishment stock could be arranged smoothly.
Drive site survey for OOH placement and branding.
Coordinating with other Team for all the request, making sure no missing information when liaise with vendor
Coordination with other party to create Purchase order on selected/nominated vendor related to marketingLiaising with vendor for the installation and de-installation process of the billboard, neonbox, booth activation and etc
Searching for new material promotional vendor, the goal is each city which have Indodana merchants, have 2 or 3 vendor who can produce printing material (tentcard, acrylic, poster) and merchandise.
Handling stock arrangement for the Material POP in scope area, to maintain the standard stock that must be available at specified area, standard stock per area per type of material, and standard supply Material POP per merchant.
Liaise with vendor and merchant for each arrangement, from delivery to picking up the goods to the designated warehouse or storage places or merchant place in each area.
Liaise with Local media to build relationship for regional press release and press conference
Help Strategic OOH Acquisition and once acquired & installed, routine monitoring and audit of OOH eligibility
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 6 - 7 years working experience, with min of 5 years in marketing including event and placement
Have relationship with media and have retail background is a plus
Able to make basic design, or create design with AI prompt is a plus
Able to work with Google Suite (Docs, Slide,Sheet) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
