Management Trainee (Plant - Technic)
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the Management Trainee development program and gain comprehensive exposure to plant operations.
- Manage and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Implement and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) practices for maintenance effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Ansys for mechanical design and analysis activities.
- Support productivity enhancement, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement projects across plant operations.
- Contribute to Industrial IoT implementation initiatives to improve operational performance and digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety (K3) standards and ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, equipment performance analyses, and maintenance improvement recommendations.
- Be willing to undertake assignments and rotational placements across all company locations in Indonesia.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Mandarin language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in mechanical design and analysis software such as SolidWorks, Ansys, or Inventor.
- Good understanding of CMMS concepts and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
- Solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, integrity, professionalism, and creativity.
- Familiar with Industrial Safety (K3) regulations and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) concepts and applications.
- Willing to be assigned and relocated to any company operation across Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Mengikuti program pengembangan Management Trainee dan memahami seluruh proses operasional plant.
- Mengelola dan mengawasi aktivitas pemeliharaan mesin secara preventive, predictive, dan corrective maintenance.
- Memastikan implementasi sistem maintenance berbasis CMMS untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional.
- Melakukan analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis) dan menyusun tindakan perbaikan untuk meminimalkan downtime mesin.
- Mengoperasikan serta memanfaatkan software teknik seperti AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, atau Ansys untuk kebutuhan desain dan analisis mekanikal.
- Berpartisipasi dalam proyek peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi energi, dan continuous improvement.
- Mendukung implementasi teknologi industri, termasuk Internet of Things (IoT), dalam proses operasional pabrik.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional sesuai dengan standar K3 Industri dan ISO 9001:2015.
- Menyusun laporan teknis, analisis kinerja mesin, dan rekomendasi pengembangan sistem maintenance.
- Bersedia ditempatkan dan menjalankan rotasi kerja di seluruh wilayah operasional perusahaan di Indonesia.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Pendidikan minimal S1/D4 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Mekatronika.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang engineering, maintenance, atau manufaktur.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris secara aktif, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai SAP PM, AutoCAD 2D/3D Drawing, dan Microsoft Office.
- Menguasai software analisis dan desain mekanikal seperti SolidWorks, Ansys, atau Inventor.
- Memahami konsep dan implementasi CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai preventive, predictive, dan corrective maintenance.
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai mechanical engineering dan kemampuan multitasking yang baik.
- Mampu menganalisis permasalahan secara sistematis serta memberikan solusi yang efektif.

- Memahami standar K3 Industri serta sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015.
