Develop and maintain IT Security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with risk management principles and applicable regulations in the use of Information Technology.
Conduct communication and socialization of IT Security policies and procedures to all stakeholders to enhance security awareness and compliance.
Design, implement, and monitor Security Awareness programs to educate employees on information security practices and promote a security-conscious culture.
Ensure all IT processes and operational activities comply with established policies, guidelines, and procedures, while upholding prudential principles, sharia compliance requirements, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Security, IT Risk Management, or IT Compliance.
Understanding of IT Governance, Information Security, and Risk Management concepts.
Experienced in developing policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
Familiar with security and governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including conducting awareness and policy socialization programs.
Understanding of compliance principles, internal controls, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
