We are looking for a Business Executive to support business performance by analyzing data, monitoring key business metrics, and providing strategic insights that enable informed decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, enjoys solving business problems, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business performance data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to monitor Business Unit performance, project implementation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives through performance analysis and data-driven evaluation.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and high-quality reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical analysis, and database management.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and SQL is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement projects using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology is highly preferred.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
