Our client is a well-established Southeast Asian company with a long-standing presence in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of B2B experience in the food, beverage, baking, packaging, ingredients, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across food and beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retailers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Expand market presence across Jakarta, Bandung, and Semarang through effective business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, business development initiatives, and growth strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, market insights, and customer feedback to management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the food, beverage, baking, packaging, ingredients, or related industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong existing network with key stakeholders within food, beverage, baking, and packaging manufacturers.
  • Experience selling raw materials, additives, flavorings, packaging, or related solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and English language skills.
  • Willing to travel regularly across Jakarta, Bandung, and Semarang to develop client relationships and business opportunities.
