Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead Organization Development initiatives, including organizational structure, competency framework, career path, and succession planning.
Drive Performance Management processes, including KPI implementation, performance reviews, and employee development.
Oversee Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
Lead Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including employee disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations across all business units.
Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Monitor HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, and other HR functions through the respective teams.
Promote employee engagement and build a positive, performance-driven culture.
Conduct regular site visits to plants, project sites, warehouses, and branch offices to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum
8 years
of HR experience, with at least
3 years
in a managerial position.
Strong experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations.
Experience leading end-to-end Human Resources functions.
Background in Manufacturing, Building Materials, Construction, Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
Experience leading and developing HR teams.
