The Position: Reporting to the General Manager Southeast Asia we are recruiting a Remote Monitoring Manager to join our team in Balikpapan, Indonesia on a FT basis.

The Remote Monitoring Manager is responsible for the full operational oversight, performance, and strategic direction of the Remote Monitoring Centre (RMC) activities within an assigned region. Our technology is within Safety critical monitoring for a range of mining operations

This role will see you lead a team of personnel on operational performance safety critical monitoring activities whilst partnering with customers on service support inquires, improvement initiatives and operational optimisation guidance

In addition but not limited to the following responsibilities;

• Maintain continuous awareness of all regional monitoring activities, including live operations, workload conditions, and system performance
• Own Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance across all monitored sites within the region
• Coordinate workforce coverage for shift gaps, absenteeism, and operational surges
• identify opportunities to enhance monitoring efficiency, validation accuracy, and response effectiveness

About you

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead/Manager with a background in remote monitoring or IOT / IT technology ideally within a live monitoring environment who is a passionate people leader, ready to take their career in the growing mining sector.

In addition, we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes.

• Background in IT/IOT operations, ideally within mining or resources-based sector.
• Prove success in team leadership across coaching developing and leading a team within a operational/KPI environment
• Ability to working in a high volume, environment understanding of production or operational criticality’s
• Ability to lead directives within live monitoring environment and event validation metric
• Proven success in collaborating in a customer centric, solution focused engagement
• Valid Australian working rights: For Indonesia
