Scope Of Work

Manage end-to-end project implementation.
Handle all administrative processes related to the project.
Ensure accurate and smooth delivery of all client benefits (zero errors).
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the implementation and delivery process.
Prepare and analyze reports for ongoing project campaigns.
Identify opportunities for upselling in each project or campaign.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in campaign management, account coordination, or client-facing roles.
Agency experience is a plus.
Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
Confidence in leading client calls and presentations.
Able to deliver performance reports and optimization insights.
