Responsibilities

Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve overall efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KAIZEN events and process optimization projects.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and throughput enhancement.
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into manufacturing processes.
Lead training sessions to empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change and drive improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Have a good command of English is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
