Develop and maintain backend services using Java, with gradual migration to Go (Golang)
Participate in system refactoring and migration from monolithic Java services to Go-based microservices
Design and implement scalable APIs while ensuring backward compatibility during migration
Optimize database queries (SQL/NoSQL) to support performance improvements post-migration
Write unit tests and ensure code quality following clean architecture principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal system disruption

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience (4+ years) in software developer - Backend
Experience Java, go and hopefully can be code rust programming
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiar with unit testing and clean architecture
Experience with banking industry is a plus
Can join ASAP and willing to be assigned to a banking client on a 6-month contract (extendable)
