All 3 rolls will be on-site based in Canggu Bali, supporting clients at DISTRIK Performance and Recovery. The practitioner will provide hands-on sports massage, manual therapy, and assisted stretching tailored to individual client needs and performance goals. Daily responsibilities include assessing client movement and recovery needs, developing treatment plans, documenting sessions, and monitoring progress over time. The role involves collaborating with other wellness and performance professionals, educating clients on injury prevention and recovery strategies, and promoting complementary services such as compression therapy, IV therapy, and performance fuel offerings. The practitioner is expected to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhere to professional and ethical standards, and contribute positively to community events and client engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification or certification in physiotherapy, sports massage therapy, or related field, with valid licensure or registration where required.
• Demonstrated skills in sports massage, manual therapy, and assisted stretching, with experience working with active individuals, athletes, or performance-focused clients.
• Knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation principles, and recovery strategies, including basic understanding of modalities such as compression therapy and mobility training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly, build client trust, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to conduct thorough client assessments, maintain accurate clinical records, and follow evidence-based practices and professional ethics.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, with a focus on client experience, punctuality, and reliability in a contract-based setting.
• English language proficiency required; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are an asset.
• Prior experience in a sports performance, wellness, or recovery-focused facility is preferred.
