Job Description :

  • Support Team for creating, issuing, and sending invoices/billing to clients with accurate details, including transaction data
  • Recording incoming payments and matching them with issued invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Support Team for contacting customers for payment reminders and managing overdue invoices (aging AR)

Job Requirement :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Fresh Graduate
  • Major: Finance / Accounting
  • Preferred Gender: Female
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office)
  • Willing to WFO in Jakarta for 3 months
