Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content (social media, campaigns, internal and client projects)
Handle end-to-end video production: pre-production, production, and post-production
Collaborate with internal team and client teams to develop concepts
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and quality standards
Manage video equipment and maintain production quality
Work efficiently and creatively to deliver high-quality short-form videos that meet client goals
Understand the client's needs and incorporate their feedback throughout the editing process
Deliver the final product in the desired format and meet deadlines
Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques

Requirements

Education And Experience

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar role
Experience shooting and editing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Technical Skills

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
Able to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment confidently on set
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics across different content formats

Work Style

Detail-oriented and able to manage time well across multiple projects
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, depending on the project
High initiative and able to take a brief and run with it without needing constant direction
