We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our client, a well-established retailer and manufacturer specializing in a diverse range of clothing for men and women. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting the business in building a strong and efficient workforce across both retail and production functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and processes
- Self‑managed and independent — confident working solo without daily supervision
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience in recruitment for high-volume or operational roles
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and attendance systems
- Strong communication skills across operational and management levels
- Ability to work independently without direct HR Manager supervision
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail, production, warehouse, and office roles
- Develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening processes
- Handle onboarding, probation tracking, and employee integration programs
- Maintain HR administration, including contracts, employee records, and HRIS data accuracy
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions
- Support benefits administration including BPJS, leave, and employee entitlements
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies
- Oversee performance management processes including appraisals and KPI tracking
- Support HR policy development and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
