About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Enablement Admin to support the Business Enabler Team in ensuring smooth business operations and administrative processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage data, support tender submissions, coordinate post-sales activities, and maintain accurate business records.
This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis.
Job Description:
- Manage the onboarding of insurance products by importing and validating product data from insurance partners into Qoala's application (SSOT process).
- Support the end-to-end tender process, including document preparation, data collection, stakeholder coordination, and timely submission of required materials.
- Coordinate and manage post-sales escalations between the Sales Team and internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Campaign, Operations) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and business processes run smoothly.
- Collecting production data from the respective corporate agent and ensure the production is properly recorded
- Assist in administrative and operational activities that support the Business Enablement Team's objectives.
Job Requirements:
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications and familiar with intermediate functions such as Pivot Tables, Lookups, and IF formulas.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to work under a 6-month contract arrangement.
