Build and manage a distributor sales pipeline, including prospect identification, lead qualification, and account prioritization.
Identify key decision-makers, conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, product/sample coordination, and follow-up activities to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
Establish and maintain channel partnerships, secure new business opportunities, manage repeat orders, and oversee order fulfillment and day-to-day partner operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in distributor/channel management, business development, and customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of business operations, market development, and sales strategy.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive business growth in a target market.
