Position: Corporate Strategy
Location: Jakarta Selatan
We are partnering with a leading company to identify a Corporate Strategy who will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, corporate finance activities, and business growth projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to deliver market insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare strategic reports, management presentations, and business case evaluations
- Support fundraising, debt financing, and banking activities, including preparation of transaction documents
- Develop and review financial models, business forecasts, and profitability analyses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support discussions with banks, investors, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
