Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) from minimarkets, Ranch Market, and Chinese accounts.
  • Prepare daily PO recap reports and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Track outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle consignment and return administration.
  • Monitor PO tracking and allocation to support smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Well-organized in document management and filing
  • Minimum high school/vocational high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
