Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, leases, and other corporate documents.
Maintain and organize legal documentation, contract records, renewal schedules, and document repositories to ensure proper version control and compliance.
Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Management to provide legal support and facilitate business activities.
Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, landlords, and business partners while ensuring alignment with company interests and risk management requirements.
Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, corporate governance matters, and legal obligations relevant to data center operations.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and business stakeholders on legal and compliance-related matters when required.
Identify legal risks, provide practical recommendations, and support dispute resolution, claims management, and other legal matters to protect the company's interests.
