About The Job

  • Support pre and post Brand Principle performance report, monitor billing and payment status.
  • Preparing, organizing and storing merchant information data & check the accuracy.
  • Coordinate & communicate effectively with all stakeholders related.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Brand Partnership Team to ensure smooth sales processes and deal execution.

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Support.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
