Product Owner PayChat
About The Role:
Due to the many additional features in PayChat that require development and end-to-end monitoring, as well as many activities using Jira and Confluence, a PO (Product Owner) is needed to handle PODS in the messaging service with the PayChat feature.
What Will You Do:
- To ensure product requirements, and documentation are followed
- To ensure products are in scope on schedule.
- Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all product deliverables
- Ensure quality and timely submission of all product deliverables and documentation as assigned by Manager BaaS
- Prepare with reporting on the product status.
- Prepare with monitoring quality assurance and change control processes.
- Collaboration with WhatsApp vendors.
- Coordination with WhatsApp Vendors regarding technical issues.
- Creating WhatsApp Product documentation.
- Conducting market research on the use of WhatsApp chatbots.
- Coordinating with WhatsApp Vendors in technical product development and problem-solving.
- Collaborating with WhatsApp Vendors to develop WhatsApp flow features for PayChat products.
- Creating comprehensive product documentation, including wireframes and product initiation designs, tailored to messaging service requirements.
- Developing and delivering professional product presentations to stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- A junior, senior, or graduate student currently enrolled in a program with a focus on product management or management in technology.
- A strong interest in product Management as a career is preferred
- Have an academic level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility
- Team spirit and the ability to work with a group of diverse people, provide recognition and reward
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- High computer literacy
