  • Develop and evaluate operational work plans for the Property Management and Administration Department.
  • Prepare, monitor, and evaluate budget plans to support the department’s operational activities.
  • Ensure operational activities by implementing both preventive and corrective solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all company property assets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate estate operations activities.
  • Identify and develop supporting business opportunities (property leasing) to fulfill tenant needs and enhance the estate’s overall competitiveness.
  • Take care of the initial operation and management of Landscape, Garbage, and Road Cleaning (LGRC) to ensure a clean, functional, and appealing environment.

Requirements

  • Min bachelor degree from any relevant major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property or estate management.
  • Experience in managing large areas and various types of property assets.
  • Good understanding of estate operations, tenant handling, and maintenance.
  • Passionate about property management and continuous improvement.
  • Interested in or experienced with generating recurring income (e.g. leasing).
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
