Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire banquet teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize banquet operations for seamless event execution.
- Service Excellence: Uphold high standards in setup, delivery, and guest experience.
- Problem Solving: Respond swiftly to issues and adapt to evolving event requirements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments and manage schedules for smooth operations.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or supervisory roles in hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail
- Familiarity with event planning processes and food presentation standards
- Ability to manage time and adapt in dynamic environments
