Support payroll data checking, validation, and recap (attendance, overtime, incentives, allowances, etc.)
Assist payroll calculation checking based on company policies
Support BPJS and PPh21 administration processes
Monitor and follow up payroll-related data and supporting documents from stakeholders
Assist employee data, bank account, and payroll document verification
Support payroll reporting, filing, and HRIS operational activities
Job Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or other data-related majors is a plus
Strong interest in payroll, HR operations, administration, or data processing
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, filtering, pivot tables, recap, basic formulas)
Able to work accurately with calculations and data validation
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data
Fast learner, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
