BMS / CCCS Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BMS / CCCS Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building management systems and critical control systems, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety across facilities.

📍 Location: Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia

💼 Role: BMS / CCCS Engineer

The main responsibilities include:

1. Support the installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of BMS and CCCS systems for data center projects.

2. Review construction drawings, system architecture diagrams, control diagrams and technical documents related to BMS / CCCS systems.

3. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and the project team for site installation, cable routing, device installation, termination, testing and troubleshooting.

4. Assist in system integration between field devices, controllers, monitoring systems and related building systems.

5. Conduct functional tests, point-to-point tests, signal verification and basic troubleshooting during commissioning.

6. Prepare site records, testing reports, punch lists, progress updates and as-built documentation.

7. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with project specifications, method statements, safety requirements and K3 standards.

Requirements

1. Diploma D3 or Bachelor’s Degree S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical-Electrical, Telecommunication or related disciplines.

2. 3–5 years of working experience in BMS, building automation, control systems, ELV, data center, commercial building or industrial facility projects.

3. Experience with BMS / CCCS systems, field devices, controllers, sensors, actuators, monitoring points and system testing.

4. Able to read technical drawings, control diagrams, system architecture drawings and cable schedules.

5. Basic AutoCAD skills are required.

6. Familiar with site installation, testing and commissioning procedures.

7. Valid SKK certificate in electrical, electronic, telecommunication, building services, automation or related fields is preferred.

8. Experience in data center projects will be a strong advantage.

9. Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic English or Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
