Drive digital initiatives and support the company's digital transformation roadmap.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business processes through technology.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into digital solutions.
Design, develop, and enhance digital platforms, mobile applications, web portals, and APIs.
Support the implementation of cloud-native applications, microservices, and system integrations.
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful implementation.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive business decisions and improve digital experiences.
Promote Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure digital solutions comply with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7-15 years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, product development, or IT innovation roles.
Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products or enterprise digital initiatives.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Understanding of data analytics, AI capabilities, and digital customer experience solutions.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, Agile, DevOps, or cybersecurity are an advantage.
Exposure to insurance core systems, policy administration, claims management, or digital distribution channels is preferred.
