Decent place, but prepare for long hours

Arya Noble is a big player in the beauty and wellness space. It offers great learning opportunities, but the work demands, especially in FMCG marketing, can really impact your personal time. It's a solid place for career growth if you can handle the intensity.

Pros

The team here is truly supportive, which helps a lot when things get hectic. You learn a ton about the beauty and wellness industry, which is exciting. The corporate environment at the Jakarta office feels professional and organized.

Cons

Work-life balance is pretty tough, especially for us in FMCG marketing roles. Expect to put in a lot of extra hours, sometimes even on weekends. The hybrid work setup doesn't always mean more flexibility when deadlines hit hard.

Advice to Management

Try to better manage workloads, especially for teams working on brand and marketing initiatives. Prioritizing employee well-being more effectively could help reduce burnout.

Okay for a bit, but job security isn't great.
Pros: I learned a lot working on cool projects as a Software Engineer. The San Francisco office has a decent vibe and my team was super collaborative. It's a mid-sized tech company, so you get some good exposure without feeling like a tiny cog.
Cons: Job security is a real worry here, especially after a couple of rounds of layoffs. For anyone in an entry-level tech role, it feels pretty unstable. They really need to work on clear communication about company strategy and financial health.
Advice to Management: Leadership really needs to be more transparent about the company's financial standing and future plans. It would help a lot with employee morale and job security concerns.

Growth's slow, but the team's solid.
Pros: I really liked my coworkers; everyone's super helpful. For a startup, we got to work on some cutting-edge stuff. The remote work flexibility is also a big plus, which made my daily life much easier.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty limited, especially for Software Engineer roles. There aren't clear promotion paths or much mentorship. You kinda have to figure out your own next steps.
Advice to Management: Management needs to define clearer career progression frameworks. Invest in training and mentorship programs, especially for engineering. It'd help people see a future here.

Decent for a tech company, but expect busy seasons
Pros: Work-life balance is pretty good for a mid-sized tech company. As a Marketing Specialist, I usually finish my tasks within normal hours. There's a hybrid work option which helps a lot with personal appointments.
Cons: Some weeks can be tough, especially around product launches in the tech industry. You might see some longer hours then, even with the hybrid work setup. The expectation to be "always on" can be draining for junior roles.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out the workload more, especially for our Marketing Specialist roles. It'd be great to avoid those intense crunch times. Also, encourage teams to truly disconnect after hours; it would boost morale significantly.
