Career growth is okay, but you need to push it
It's a decent place if you're proactive about your career. As a Logistics Coordinator, I've seen some pathways, but they aren't handed to you. It's a pretty typical mid-sized company in the supply chain industry.
They do offer some internal training courses if you ask for them. My manager was supportive of me learning new skills in the freight forwarding space. It's good for building a solid foundation as a remote worker.
Formal career progression isn't clearly defined for operations roles. There isn't much of a budget for external certifications or conferences, which can slow down career growth. You really have to advocate for yourself to move up.
Create clearer development paths for employees, especially in core operations. Allocate a small budget for external training or industry events to boost morale and skills.
