Leadership is Okay, Room to Improve Direction
Holistics Data has some solid points, especially with remote work flexibility, but leadership could really step up their communication game regarding long-term vision.
I've been working remote for a while, and the leadership team really trusts us. It's great to have autonomy, especially as a Senior Data Analyst. We get a lot of hands-on work with the core data analytics platform.
Sometimes the strategic vision, especially for the BI industry, isn't super clear. It can be hard to see how individual projects align with bigger company goals. There's room for more consistent communication from the top.
Work on clearer strategic communication from the top. More regular updates on company direction would help everyone feel more aligned.
