Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across the Greater Bay Area
  • Develop and execute outbound sales and business development strategies
  • Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers to generate new leads
  • Manage end-to-end RFP and proposal processes, including content and coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across target industries
  • Support deal structuring, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape sales strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful pitches and client solutions

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the business services industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing
  • Experience managing client relationships within the Greater Bay Area is a strong advantage
  • Industry exposure in e-commerce, retail, travel, hospitality, mobility, or technology preferred
  • Hands-on experience with data mining, lead qualification, and CRM tools
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in RFPs, pricing, and negotiations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and relevant regional languages
