Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales & Events team with coordinating meetings, banquets, and special functions, ensuring smooth execution of hotel events.
Support sales activities by preparing proposals, contracts, and maintaining client databases.
Provide administrative support including reporting, scheduling, and follow-up with clients.
Contribute to guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and delivering professional service aligned with hotel standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
