About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
工作職責：
- 訂單管理與執行：監督完整的交易生命週期，包括訂單擷取、驗證、交易截止時間監控，以及向交易對手準確傳輸訂單，確保符合最佳執行（Best Execution）標準。
- 結算與清算：監督每日現金頭寸及資金轉帳，包括生成與監控付款及交收指令，並與託管人、銀行及交易對手協調，確保及時準確的結算。
- 客戶資金與證券處理：確保嚴格隔離及保護客戶資產，符合《證券及期貨（客戶款項）規則》及《證券及期貨（客戶證券）規則》，包括每日對客戶資金及證券進行對帳。
- 交易確認與報告：確保及時準確地準備並向客戶交付成交單（Contract Notes）及結單（Statements）。
- 對帳與差異解決：管理內部記錄、交易對手、基金公司及託管人之間的每日對帳，確保及時調查並解決交易、現金及頭寸的差異。
任職資格：
具備 5-7 年以上在券商營運、證券結算及基金平台營運方面的直接實踐經驗，對訂單路由（Order Routing）、結算流程及公司行動（Corporate Actions）有深入了解。具備基金分銷或訂單路由系統及相關對帳與報告工具的實踐經驗。精通 Excel 及數據處理。
