Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to CEO for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department
- Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate effective communication and maintain a smooth daily workflow
- Support internal meetings and briefings
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
