- Provide all-round administrative support such as handling phone calls, clerical work, and assisting in organizing company activities
- Handle office administrative tasks including equipment maintenance and procurement of office supplies
- Manage and organize documentation to support smooth business operations
- Assist with any ad hoc assignments as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business or other related discipline
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated, and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
