About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead change initiatives and continuous improvement programs across a global, sourcing and operations-led organization. You will partner with stakeholders across regions to improve adoption, efficiency, and performance.
What you will do
- Lead change management strategies for systems, processes, and organizational transitions.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption programs.
- Track readiness, adoption, and feedback metrics, and translate insights into action.
- Identify and deliver Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects across supply chain and operational functions.
- Build performance dashboards and data optimization approaches to support decision-making.
- Embed sustainability, quality, and regulatory requirements into new ways of working.
- Coach teams on CI tools and methods, and help build a culture of accountability and innovation.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification, or equivalent hands-on CI expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience driving cultural and operational change in complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Comfort working with global teams and navigating ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to influence decisions.
- Degree in a relevant discipline. Additional certifications are a plus.
