This role requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs. Responsibility also extends to execute procurement governance, vendor selection, vendor management and deliver contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.

This role requires experience in sourcing & procurement and or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in Hong Kong and Macau. This includes engagement with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including RFx development, supplier outreach, bid evaluation, and negotiation support.
  • Develop new suppliers and qualify them for category enhancement.
  • Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and supply risks.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in procurement systems (e.g., contracts, supplier data, savings reports).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and digital tools.

Ideal Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience inclusive of category management
  • Past experience in banking, projects or facilities management industry is a plus
  • Experience in integrated outsourcing and supply chain management and procurement with the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.

  • Firm understanding of spend analytics, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysis by using MS-Excel and good presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and generate solutions.

Influencing Skills

  • Exhibit exceptional relationship management and conflict management capabilities facilitate collaborative partnerships
  • Proven ability and possessed strong influencing skills.

Language Skill

  • Good command written English and Chinese; Good command spoken English and Cantonese, knowing Mandarin is a plus.

  • Capable of managing projects in an atmosphere of uncertainty and change.
  • Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure.
