Job Specification:
- Using the clinic management system to record data and manage appointments for patients
- Liaising with medical staff and outside providers
- Arranging direct billing for patients with insurance companies
- Payment processing
- Daily reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide highest standards of customer service
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
