Conduct operational risk register review and business continuity review, manage operational risk register, and oversee related mitigation measures and business continuity plans for HKIA and business partners
Promote Business Continuity Planning (BCP) awareness and support industry interest group initiatives to enhance airport-wide preparedness, operational resilience, and risk mitigation
Support emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and operational readiness for Terminal 2 and other new projects
Coordinate communication and collaboration with airport stakeholders during emergency and contingency situations, particularly in adverse weather conditions and public health incidents
Manage contracts and agreements for the BCP team and be responsible for the departmental Internal Control Review audits
Support Airport Emergency Centre operations during emergency situations
Perform other BCP-related duties as required
Degree holder in Aviation, Airport Management, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years’ work experience in airport operations
Possession of prior qualifications or experience in crisis management, business continuity, or contingency planning is an advantage
Experience in planning and conducting exercises or drills, project planning, and presentation delivery
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership and collaboration skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Holder of a valid HK driving license is preferred
