We are looking for a system analyst who is passionate in pursuing an information technology consulting role. You will
Collaborate with client business and IT to analyse, elicit and review business requirements
Participate and contribute to solution design and architecture reviews with solution architect
Define functional and non-functional requirements and perform impact analysis assessment
Perform detailed estimation of projects and change requests
Facilitate communication between client project team, business stakeholders, 3rd party vendor, and our internal team
Conduct Functional Design Specification review / Write and review user stories and use case diagrams with business analyst and client project team for sign-off
Review functional design specifications created by product owners, business analysts to maintain User Manual and Quick Reference Guide
Review technical design specifications created by development team to maintain Technical Solution document and Service Support Handbook
Review test strategy and functional test cases created by testing team
Support project and delivery team all throughout the project implementation
