Job Duties
- Lead a team to take charge of the management and operation of the assigned portfolio
- Monitor daily operations including renovation, repair and maintenance, supervising security and cleansing works, coordinating marketing and promotion events, maintaining quality customer service, carrying out accounting and costing control as well as other ad hoc projects
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage internal resources and service contractors to deliver high quality of services;
- Ensure site operation complied with Government regulations related to building management and fulfil Company Policy & Procedures
- Financial management including but not limited to budget planning and monitoring, credit control etc
- Support corporate initiatives such as driving & achieving ESG plans and targets
- Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the team
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ property management experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO
- Member of CIH / HKIH / RICS / HKIS or holder of equivalent qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-initiated, detail-oriented with good leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
